A kitchen opens onto a large and covered terrace used as a living and dining room Summer with BBQ. This terrace is facing the pool which offers an open and very large view. 10x 4.5m fenced pool with outdoor shower. Very secure swiming pool (Gate, Alarm and Key).

A large walled garden. Children’ s play area with house, slide, swings. Light and comfortable, the villa offers a delightful decoration with fittings of quality.
Sauna, fitness, pool heating, air conditioning in each bedroom, ping-pong, ground of game of bowls.

This house is described by all our tenants as a real paradise. Our house is a big success and is booked one year in advance. What saying of more !

ROOM INFORMATION AND CAPACITIES

* Sleeps 8 (4 Bedrooms) :

Master bedroom on entrance floor with double beds, en-suite full bathroom, shower, WC, TV, DVD, sauna and fitness.

Three bedrooms on the upper floor, with double beds, each with its own en-suite shower room, WC, TV and DVD.

* Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

* Each bedroom is equipped with shower and TV. The master bedroom of the villa is equipped with a bath and shower too.

* Baby cot and hight chair are available.

* Fully equipped kitchen. Hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher., Nespresso, dishes, washing / drying machine.

* All are Fully Renovated with a very quality and luxury equipment. All is made on mesure for the apartments by the owners.

* Includes end cleaning, towel and bed/bathroom linen only for rental per week. Linen is changed every week for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Further cleaning or linen requirements can be requested but will be an additional cost.

* Service cleaning and linen are available when you rent per month with additional fees.

* Parking: 4 park for villa.

* 2500 € deposit will be refunded within fifteen days after the end of the rental.
